Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation proudly presents a tech competition — specially designed for the visually impaired community to showcase their skills, creativity, and passion in the field of technology.

The top 5 scorers will be invited to Mumbai for an offline Grand Finale, where a further competition will decide the final winners.

🏆 Winners will receive ₹21,000 for 1st place, ₹11,000 for 2nd, ₹5,000 for 3rd, and two consolation prizes of ₹2,000 each.

📅 Registration and video submission close on 15th July 2026. Results will be announced on 5th August 2026.

Rules, Format & How to Participate

What You Need to Do:

Record and submit a video under 3 minutes.
Begin the video by clearly saying: “This video is being recorded for Tech Competition 2026, organized by the Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation.” Without this declaration, the video will not be accepted.
Use your own real voice — TTS, AI voices, or any software voice tools are not allowed.
No background music or editing effects — the video must be natural.
The video must be original and not posted anywhere before.
Do not show or mention any personal details (name, phone, email, photo, or other sensitive information) on screen or in audio.
Content must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and policies.
Your video will be uploaded to our YouTube channel, Tech Assistant Shorts.
You are encouraged to share your video to gain views, likes, and subscribers.

Eligibility

This competition is specifically for visually impaired (Blind) participants. Organizers may request an official document (UDID card or Disability Certificate) at any stage, and it must be shown when asked.

How Will You Be Selected?

After your video is uploaded to our channel, the link will be shared with you. You then have exactly 72 hours (3 days) to promote it. Your score is based on the views, likes, and subscribers achieved in that window, plus the jury’s review.

Scoring Breakdown (Total: 100 Marks)

15 Marks – Views (full marks at 3,000 views)
15 Marks – Likes (full marks at 300 likes)
15 Marks – Subscribers (full marks at 30 new subscribers)
50 Marks – Jury’s review (based on your knowledge, presentation, and skill)
5 Marks – Bonus for being in our official WhatsApp/Telegram group

Views, Likes, and Subscribers are scored proportionally based on the actual numbers achieved. To be eligible for the 5 bonus marks, you must join the group by 15th July 2026 and stay until the results on 5th August 2026.

The Top 5 scorers will qualify for the Grand Finale in Mumbai, where only the top 3 will be honored with prizes and recognition.

इस ऑनलाइन टेक कॉम्पिटिशन में भाग लेने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है:

1. वीडियो निर्माण और तकनीकी नियम

अनिवार्य घोषणा (Intro): वीडियो की शुरुआत में प्रतिभागी को स्पष्ट रूप से यह बोलना अनिवार्य है कि— “यह वीडियो टेक असिस्टेंट फॉर ब्लाइंड फाउंडेशन द्वारा आयोजित टेक कॉम्पिटिशन 2026 के लिए रिकॉर्ड किया जा रहा है।” इस घोषणा के बिना वीडियो मान्य नहीं किया जाएगा।
व्यक्तिगत गोपनीयता (Privacy): वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करते समय प्रतिभागी को इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखना होगा कि स्क्रीन पर या बातचीत में किसी भी व्यक्ति की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी (Personal Details) जैसे— ईमेल आईडी, फोन नंबर, नाम या फोटो आदि दिखाई या सुनाई न दे। गोपनीयता का उल्लंघन होने पर वीडियो को रिजेक्ट (अस्वीकार) किया जा सकता है।
यूट्यूब पॉलिसी और कंटेंट नियम: वीडियो में ऐसा कोई भी कंटेंट नहीं होना चाहिए जो यूट्यूब की कम्युनिटी गाइडलाइंस या नीतियों (Policies) का उल्लंघन करता हो। यदि हमारे द्वारा कोई ऐसा कंटेंट पकड़ा जाता है जो यूट्यूब की पॉलिसी के खिलाफ है, तो उस वीडियो को तुरंत रिजेक्ट कर दिया जाएगा।
संशोधन का एक अतिरिक्त मौका: यदि किसी प्रतिभागी का वीडियो गोपनीयता या यूट्यूब पॉलिसी के कारण रिजेक्ट होता है, तो आयोजकों द्वारा उन्हें वीडियो सुधारने का एक और मौका (दूसरा चांस) दिया जा सकता है। लेकिन ध्यान रहे, यह अतिरिक्त मौका केवल रजिस्ट्रेशन की आखिरी तारीख (15 जुलाई 2026) के अंदर ही उपलब्ध होगा। इस तारीख के बाद कोई दूसरा मौका नहीं मिलेगा।
ओरिजिनल कंटेंट: प्रतियोगिता के लिए भेजा गया वीडियो पूरी तरह से नया होना चाहिए। वह वीडियो पहले से किसी भी अन्य यूट्यूब चैनल, सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म या पब्लिक डोमेन पर अपलोड या उपलब्ध नहीं होना चाहिए।
स्वयं की आवाज़ और प्रेजेंटेशन: वीडियो में प्रतिभागी की स्वयं की असली और मूल आवाज़ (Original Voice) होना अनिवार्य है। किसी भी प्रकार के टीटीएस (Text-to-Speech), एआई (AI) आवाज़ या किसी अन्य सॉफ्टवेयर टूल्स का उपयोग पूरी तरह से बैन है। पूरी प्रस्तुति प्रतिभागी की खुद की होनी चाहिए।
वीडियो की अवधि (Duration): प्रतिभागी द्वारा बनाया गया वीडियो अधिकतम 3 मिनट से छोटा (शॉर्ट वीडियो) होना चाहिए। 3 मिनट या उससे बड़े वीडियो को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
नो इफेक्ट्स, no म्यूजिक: वीडियो पूरी तरह से नेचुरल होना चाहिए। बैकग्राउंड में किसी भी प्रकार का म्यूजिक या एडिटिंग इफेक्ट्स इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति नहीं है।

2. ग्रुप में एक्टिव रहने का नियम

अनिवार्य सक्रियता (Activity): यदि कोई प्रतिभागी हमारे किसी भी व्हाट्सएप या टेलीग्राम ग्रुप में जुड़ा हुआ है, लेकिन वह उस ग्रुप में एक्टिव (सक्रिय) नहीं है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में आयोजकों द्वारा उसका वीडियो अपने ग्रुप्स में शेयर नहीं किया जाएगा। ग्रुप के फायदों का लाभ लेने के लिए उसमें एक्टिव रहना जरूरी है।

3. पात्रता और डॉक्युमेंट वेरिफिकेशन

डिसेबिलिटी सर्टिफिकेट: यह कॉम्पिटिशन विशेष रूप से दृष्टिबाधित (Blind) साथियों के लिए है। आयोजकों के पास यह अधिकार सुरक्षित है कि वे किसी भी स्तर पर प्रतिभागी से उनकी दृष्टिहीनता से संबंधित ऑफिशियल डॉक्युमेंट जैसे— यूडीआईडी (UDID) कार्ड या डिसेबिलिटी सर्टिफिकेट (Disability Certificate) की मांग कर सकते हैं। मांगे जाने पर इसे दिखाना अनिवार्य होगा।

4. रजिस्ट्रेशन और वीडियो सबमिशन की आखिरी तारीख

लास्ट डेट: कॉम्पिटिशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन करने और अपना वीडियो आयोजकों तक भेजने की आखिरी तारीख 15 जुलाई 2026 है। इस तारीख के बाद मिलने वाली किसी भी एंट्री पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

5. वीडियो पब्लिशिंग और शेयरिंग (72 घंटे का नियम)

प्रतिभागियों से मिले वीडियो को जांच के बाद आयोजकों के ऑफिशियल यूट्यूब चैनल ‘Tech assistant shorts’ पर अपलोड किया जाएगा।
वीडियो अपलोड होने के तुरंत बाद उसका लिंक प्रतिभागी के साथ शेयर किया जाएगा।
लिंक मिलने के बाद प्रतिभागी के पास अपने वीडियो को प्रमोट करने के लिए ठीक 72 घंटे (3 दिन) का समय होगा, जिसमें वे इसे जितना चाहें उतना शेयर कर सकते हैं।

6. अंक प्रणाली (Total Marks: 100)

विजेताओं का चुनाव कुल 100 नंबरों के आधार पर किया जाएगा, जिसका वर्गीकरण इस प्रकार है:

यूट्यूब व्यूज (अधिकतम 15 नंबर): वीडियो पर 3,000 व्यूज पूरे होने पर पूरे 15 नंबर दिए जाएंगे।
यूट्यूब लाइक्स (अधिकतम 15 नंबर): वीडियो पर 300 लाइक्स पूरे होने पर पूरे 15 नंबर दिए जाएंगे।
यूट्यूब सब्सक्राइबर्स (अधिकतम 15 नंबर): वीडियो के जरिए चैनल पर 30 नए सब्सक्राइबर्स जुड़ने पर पूरे 15 नंबर दिए जाएंगे।
निर्णायक मंडल का फैसला (अधिकतम 50 नंबर): निर्णायक मंडल (Jury) के पास 50 नंबर सुरक्षित रहेंगे। वे प्रतिभागी के नॉलेज, प्रेजेंटेशन के तरीके और स्किल के आधार पर अपने विवेक से नंबर देंगे।
ग्रुप बोनस अंक (अधिकतम 5 नंबर): यदि प्रतिभागी हमारे ऑफिशियल व्हाट्सएप या टेलीग्राम ग्रुप का हिस्सा है, तो उसे 5 एक्स्ट्रा (बोनस) नंबर दिए जाएंगे।

विशेष नोट: यदि कोई प्रतिभागी पूरे 100 नंबरों की रेस में शामिल होना चाहता है, तो उसका व्हाट्सएप या टेलीग्राम ग्रुप में होना जरूरी है।

7. ग्रुप बोनस नंबर के कड़े नियम

ग्रुप जॉइन करने की डेडलाइन: बोनस 5 नंबर के हकदार वही प्रतिभागी होंगे जो 15 जुलाई 2026 तक ग्रुप में शामिल हो चुके होंगे। इसके बाद ग्रुप से जुड़ने वालों को ये नंबर नहीं मिलेंगे।
अनिवार्य उपस्थिति: 15 जुलाई को ग्रुप में होने के बाद, प्रतिभागी को रिजल्ट आने की तारीख यानी 5 अगस्त 2026 तक ग्रुप में बने रहना होगा। यदि कोई प्रतिभागी रिजल्ट से पहले ग्रुप छोड़ देता है, तो उसे दिए गए 5 बोनस नंबर वापस ले लिए जाएंगे।

8. ऑफलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन और प्राइज की शर्तें

शॉर्टलिस्टिंग प्रोसेस: इस ऑनलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आगामी ऑफलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन के लिए टॉप 5 विजेताओं को चुनना है।
ऑफलाइन आमंत्रण: ऑनलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन के कुल स्कोर के आधार पर शीर्ष 5 विजेताओं को सिलेक्ट किया जाएगा, जिन्हें आगे के मुख्य ऑफलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन में भाग लेने के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
प्राइज पॉलिसी (विजेताओं की संख्या): इस कॉम्पिटिशन के लिए तय किए गए प्राइज (पुरस्कार) केवल मुख्य ऑफलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन के विजेताओं के लिए ही निर्धारित हैं। ऑनलाइन राउंड मुख्य स्टेज तक पहुँचने का माध्यम है। ऑफलाइन कॉम्पिटिशन के विजेताओं में से भी केवल 3 शीर्ष लोगों को ही पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा, जो क्रमशः प्रथम (पहला), द्वितीय (दूसरा) और तृतीय (तीसरा) स्थान प्राप्त करेंगे।

9. अंतिम निर्णय, संशोधन एवं अधिकार

नियमों में बदलाव का अधिकार: आयोजक कर्ता के पास यह स्वतंत्रता पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है कि वे आवश्यकता पड़ने पर प्रतियोगिता की किसी भी तारीख (जैसे रजिस्ट्रेशन या परिणाम की तारीख) में संशोधन कर सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही, नियमों का पुनः अवलोकन (Review) करके किसी भी समय नया नियम जोड़ा जा सकता है या पुराना नियम हटाया जा सकता है।
सर्वोपरि निर्णय: किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद, असहमति या नियम उल्लंघन की स्थिति में अंतिम और सर्वोपरि निर्णय आयोजक कर्ता (टेक असिस्टेंट फॉर ब्लाइंड फाउंडेशन) का ही होगा, जो सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए पूरी तरह मान्य और बाध्यकारी होगा।

All participants taking part in this online tech competition are required to follow the terms and conditions given below:

1. Video Creation and Technical Rules

Mandatory Declaration (Intro): At the start of the video, the participant must clearly state— “This video is being recorded for Tech Competition 2026, organized by the Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation.” Without this declaration, the video will not be accepted as valid.
Personal Privacy (Privacy): While recording the video, the participant must take special care that no person’s personal details—such as email ID, phone number, name, or photo—appear on screen or are heard in the conversation. If privacy is violated, the video may be rejected.
YouTube Policy and Content Rules: The video must not contain any content that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines or policies. If we detect any content that goes against YouTube’s policy, that video will be rejected immediately.
One Extra Chance for Correction: If a participant’s video is rejected due to privacy or YouTube policy issues, the organizers may give them one more chance (a second chance) to fix the video. However, please note that this extra chance will only be available within the registration deadline (15 July 2026). No second chance will be given after this date.
Original Content: The video submitted for the competition must be completely new. It must not have been previously uploaded or made available on any other YouTube channel, social media platform, or in the public domain.
Own Voice and Presentation: The video must feature the participant’s own real and original voice. The use of any kind of TTS (Text-to-Speech), AI voice, or any other software tools is completely banned. The entire presentation must be the participant’s own.
Video Duration: The video created by the participant must be shorter than a maximum of 3 minutes (a short video). Videos of 3 minutes or longer will not be accepted.
No Effects, No Music: The video must be completely natural. The use of any kind of background music or editing effects is not permitted.

2. Rule on Staying Active in the Group

Mandatory Activity: If a participant is part of any of our WhatsApp or Telegram groups but is not active in that group, then in such a case the organizers will not share their video in our groups. To enjoy the benefits of the group, staying active in it is necessary.

3. Eligibility and Document Verification

Disability Certificate: This competition is specifically for visually impaired (Blind) participants. The organizers reserve the right to ask a participant, at any stage, for official documents related to their visual impairment—such as a UDID card or Disability Certificate. It will be mandatory to present these when requested.

4. Final Date for Registration and Video Submission

Last Date: The last date to register for the competition and to send your video to the organizers is 15 July 2026. Any entry received after this date will not be considered.

5. Video Publishing and Sharing (72-Hour Rule)

After verification, the videos received from participants will be uploaded to the organizers’ official YouTube channel ‘Tech assistant shorts’.
Immediately after the video is uploaded, its link will be shared with the participant.
After receiving the link, the participant will have exactly 72 hours (3 days) to promote their video, during which they can share it as much as they want.

6. Scoring System (Total Marks: 100)

Winners will be selected on the basis of a total of 100 marks, classified as follows:

YouTube Views (max 15 marks): On reaching 3,000 views on the video, the full 15 marks will be awarded.
YouTube Likes (max 15 marks): On reaching 300 likes on the video, the full 15 marks will be awarded.
YouTube Subscribers (max 15 marks): On gaining 30 new subscribers to the channel through the video, the full 15 marks will be awarded.
Jury’s Decision (max 50 marks): The jury will hold 50 marks. They will award marks at their own discretion based on the participant’s knowledge, presentation style, and skill.
Group Bonus Marks (max 5 marks): If the participant is part of our official WhatsApp or Telegram group, they will be given 5 extra (bonus) marks.

Special Note: If a participant wants to be in the race for the full 100 marks, then being in the WhatsApp or Telegram group is necessary.

7. Strict Rules for Group Bonus Marks

Deadline to Join the Group: Only those participants who have joined the group by 15 July 2026 will be entitled to the 5 bonus marks. Those who join the group after this will not receive these marks.
Mandatory Presence: After being in the group on 15 July, the participant must remain in the group until the result date, i.e., 5 August 2026. If a participant leaves the group before the result, the 5 bonus marks given to them will be taken back.

8. Offline Competition and Prize Conditions

Shortlisting Process: The main purpose of this online competition is to select the top 5 winners for the upcoming offline competition.
Offline Invitation: Based on the total score of the online competition, the top 5 winners will be selected, who will be called to participate in the further main offline competition.
Prize Policy (Number of Winners): The prizes set for this competition are reserved only for the winners of the main offline competition. The online round is the means of reaching the main stage. Among the winners of the offline competition too, only the top 3 will be awarded prizes, securing first, second, and third place respectively.

9. Final Decision, Amendments, and Rights

Right to Change Rules: The organizers fully reserve the freedom to amend any date of the competition (such as the registration or result date) if needed. Along with this, by reviewing the rules, a new rule may be added or an old rule removed at any time.
Supreme Decision: In the event of any kind of dispute, disagreement, or rule violation, the final and supreme decision will rest with the organizer (Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation), which will be fully valid and binding for all participants.
