Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Transformative Achievements

In 2024, our primary focus was to enhance accessibility, break barriers, and foster a more inclusive digital space for the visually impaired community. It was a year marked by significant milestones and strides forward:

1. Launch of Advanced AI Tools
   With groundbreaking advancements in AI technology, we developed refined image, audio, and video processing tools. These tools were tailored to meet the unique needs of our community, ensuring seamless interaction and usability. The feedback we received helped us optimize and enhance these tools, creating a robust suite of accessible AI features.

2. Successful Webinar on Google Lens
   We collaborated with the National Association for the Blind (NAB) to host an enlightening webinar on Google Lens. This event showcased the powerful functionality of Google Lens for the visually impaired, drawing the attention of the Google Accessibility Team. Following the webinar, we engaged in productive discussions with NAB and Google to address accessibility challenges and propose feature improvements.

3. 1 Million Unique Visitors
   Our website reached a monumental milestone, welcoming over one million unique visitors. This incredible achievement underscores the strength and growth of our community. Your continued engagement and support have been instrumental in reaching this landmark.

4. Introduction of the Tech Assistant AI Collection
   The launch of our AI collection—spanning image AI, audio AI, video AI, and live conversation tools—was met with overwhelming enthusiasm. These tools were crafted through meticulous community requirement assessments and the expertise of our dedicated prompt engineers. The result? Tailored AI responses that provide detailed, meaningful insights to benefit society.

5. Text-to-Audio Converter Tool
   We developed a state-of-the-art text-to-audio converter powered by Google Text-to-Speech. This tool enables users to transform text and documents into high-quality spoken content effortlessly, promoting accessibility and convenience.

   We’re thrilled to introduce LensTalk, an intelligent AI assistant that brings conversations to life through video. Leveraging bi-directional, fully duplex communication, LensTalk provides hands-free, dynamic conversations that evolve with user feedback. Currently available on the web, LensTalk will soon expand to Android and desktop platforms, ensuring accessibility across devices.
