Refund Policy

At Tech Assistant for Blind, we are a non-profit organization committed to providing technical assistance to visually impaired individuals and companies. Our work includes project development, collaboration with companies, research, and community outreach programs. We rely heavily on donations to manage server costs, run these programs, conduct research, and develop new technologies.

This refund policy applies to our donation campaigns.

Full Refunds

Conditions for Full Refunds:

  1. Technical and/or Fundamental Flaws by Us:

    • If any technical or fundamental flaw arises from our side, such as payment credited but the user not being notified, we will immediately take steps to contact the user about the incident.
    • Full refunds will be provided if any fundamental flaw occurs from our side.
  2. Fundamental Flaws by the Donor:

    • In cases of donor errors, such as double payments, a partial refund equivalent to a single payment will be provided.

Refund Processing Time: Upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 working days.

Partial Refunds

Conditions for Partial Refunds:

  • If a double payment is made by the donor, we will provide a partial refund equivalent to one payment.

No Refunds

Conditions for No Refunds:

  • Refunds will not be provided for issues such as:
    • User's bank issues
    • Network connection problems
    • Payment failures due to reasons not attributable to us

These issues do not result in us receiving the payment, and therefore, we cannot process a refund for these circumstances.
